The WPACT Competition Policy encompasses various rules and guidelines to ensure the smooth conduct of water polo competitions in the ACT.
The policy allows for rule modifications to support competition and participation, with updates shared with clubs two weeks in advance. The policy includes sections on player registration, codes of behavior, eligibility, competition points, finals, rescheduling, and forfeiting of games, as well as the role of pool controllers, judicial procedures, and the use of invitational teams.
These rules and policies maintain the integrity and fairness of the competitions while promoting the growth of water polo in the ACT.

The WPACT Manager's Handbook outlines essential team entry requirements and roles and responsibilities for team managers in the Water Polo ACT (WPACT) summer competition.
The handbook provides information on duty requirements, setup, table duty, and pack-up. It also references the WPACT Competition Policy for further guidance and encourages team members to undergo training as table officials, offering resources for coaching, refereeing, and officiating.
It outlines the procedure for appeals, complaints, and questions, which should be directed through club delegates or WPACT's administrative contact.

The WPACT Manager's Handbook outlines essential team entry requirements and roles and responsibilities for team managers in the Water Polo ACT (WPACT) summer competition. Team entries are to be submitted by clubs before the season begins, including team lists, coach, and manager details. Players, coaches, and managers must be registered to participate. Managers have pre-game responsibilities such as ensuring player availability, helping with setup, and managing scorecards. During the game, they can assist with table duty or sit on the team bench. Post-game responsibilities involve addressing scorecard errors and assisting with pack-up duties.
