The complaints form below is to be used for out-of-game incidents. In-game incidents are handled under the National Sanctioning Policy which is available HERE.

Our MPIO, Rachel Newman, assesses complaints before being actioned under the appropriate policy.

All complaints must identify a breach of policy in order for it to be assessed. All WPACT policies can be found HERE.
